PHYSICAL PREPARATION : LEVEL 3 / MEDIUM

Physical Preparation Level 3 / Medium : Physical preparation started at least 8 weeks prior to trekking - hiking trip departure with active sport such jogging / footing, combined with " cross training ".

The " Cross Training " : could be swimming and /or cycling on long distances for good stamina level conditioning. Don't forget your flexibility workout on cooling down phase of the workout at the end of each training times.
