CHALLENGING LEVEL

EFFORT LEVEL : Challenging Level. This level is 6 - over hours actual walking a day. Most suitable for those conditioning in good stamina level taking effort to excellent ones. If you are experienced in "Demanding Level" program or as similar level currently, you then will enjoy this trip level.

PREPARATION: Training Level 4 / Heavy. A physical preparation started 8 weeks to 12 weeks prior to trip departure with active sport such jogging, swimming and/or cycling on longer distances than previously done on level 3. Don't forget to optimize you flexibility workout on cooling down time at the of each training times.
