EFFORT LEVEL : Demanding Level. This level is walking an average of 5 to 6 hours a day, carry average load 8 to 10 kg, by hiking altitude gain / lose at least 1000 m / 1000 m per day. Physically, this hiking trip enjoyed mostly by those possessing good stamina. If you are regularly practicing an active sport and/or used to  regular hike on rugged terrain of a volcano for at least 5 hours hiking per day by actual altitude gain 250 - 300 m per hour, this level then suitable for your for more enjoyable outdoor experiences.

PREPARATION LEVEL : Training Level 3 / Medium. A physical preparation started at least 8 weeks prior to trekking - hiking trip departure with active sport such jogging / footing, combined with "cross training". The "Cross Training: could be swimming and /or cycling on long distances for good stamina level conditioning. Don't forget your flexibility workout on cooling down phase of the workout at the end of each training times.
