EFFORT LEVEL : Easy Level. This level is walking an average of 3 to 4 hours a day, capable to carry weight load 4-6 kg mostly on well-beaten paths / tracks, by hiking altitude gain / lose at least 1000 m / 1000 m per day. Physically this trip is still comfortably done by those possessing average stamina level. If you are used to walk regularly, you will enjoy this hike.This is a chance for new comers to see scenic beauty surrounding volcano or mountain range while get benefit to be physically fitter.

PREPARATION : Training Level 1 / Light. A physical preparation started at least 8 weeks prior to trip departure with regular walks combined with practicing another active sport. Jogging is easily done and used to be enjoyed by most active people. Therefore, it could be alternative practiced active sport for physical preparation on this level.
