MODERATE LEVEL

EFFORT LEVEL: Moderate Level. This level is walking an average of 4 to 5 hours a day,capable to carry weight load 6-8 kg mostly on well-beaten paths by hiking altitude gain / lose per day at least 1000 m / 1000 m. Physically, this trip suit for those has average stamina / fitness level taking effort to be on good stamina / fitness level. If you are used to hike on volcano at least 4 hours per day by actual altitude gain average 250 m - 300 m  per hour, you then will enjoy and ready for this moderate physical level.

PREPARATION LEVEL: Training Level 2 / Average. A physical preparation started at least 8 weeks prior to trip departure with regular longer walks than previously done on level 1 / Light, combined with practicing another active sport. Jogging is the most practical active sport and generally suggested for developing stamina / endurance on this level.
